Please place your index finger so that it completely covers both the lens and flash of your rear camera. Place the finger firmly on the camera lens but do not press down hard. Please ensure that your finger only lightly touches the flash. Please also ensure that you take readings in a well-illuminated place. 2. Click on the START button on the main screen. The recording will begin and continue on for 20 seconds. If your finger is not correctly positioned, the app will return to the main screen and prompt you to re-record. 3. After the recording is complete, the app returns to the main screen and displays the pulse rate in beats per minute (bpm), SpO2 in percentage, and respiratory rate in breaths per minute (bpm). 4. You can click OK and then click on START if you wish to record again.
