MyDiabeticDairy is an android based app to help Diabetic patient of their ongoing medical treatment. Approximately 10% world population within age group of 20 to 79 were living with diabetes as of 2021. Diabetic can be life-threatening without proper treatment. Sugar level of a diabetic patient should be controlled properly. Regular checking of blood sugar level using different types of blood sugar test like – Fasting, PP, HBA1C & Random test is very important for a diabetic patient. Usually Fasting and PP has been tested once in a month and HBA1C has been tested once in a three/six month. To keep these test records and present these reports to a doctor are also important for proper diagnosis. Diabetes tends to lower "good" cholesterol levels and raise triglycerides and "bad" cholesterol levels, which increases the risk for heart disease and stroke. This condition is called diabetic dyslipidemia. Doctors usually advised to test Low-density-lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol), High-density-lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol ("good" cholesterol) and Triglycerides for a diabetic patient in regular basis. Lipid profile test can check these cholesterol level of a human body. Diabetic patient take their medicine regularly as per the doctor’ advice and sometime doctors changes these medicine or changes doses of these medicine as per the sugar level of patient. MyDiabeticDairy keeps the records of blood sugar level test, lipid profile test and medicines. For authenticity images these test reports can be uploaded as pdf, jpg or png format. Different types of blood sugar test can be viewed graphically for better understanding or diagnosis. Paperless diagnosis can be possible using MyDiabeticDairy app.
