National Informatics Centre, Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh has developed the “MyCouncillor” Mobile App for the District Administration Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. My Councillor Mobile App is a G2C (Government to Citizen) Service primarily targeting the citizens of a municipal ward. It has been observed that local citizens of an area know his ward councillor just by name but does neither have his/her contact details and nor have direct interaction with the councillor to contribute any suggestion or submit complaint.
