Municipal Reforms Cell has developed JANAHITA (Public Grievance and Redressal) mobile application through which citizens can register complaints with the Municipal Office. Citizen has to register using mobile number for first time to acccess the features of application. The registration will be verified through one time password validation. Citizens after registering complaint successfully an unique number will be provided to track the status of complaint.
