'mSwasthya' is an initiative to connect the patients with their healthcare patients.This app provides a different interface for the doctors and the patients depending upon their login credentials. The patients who have been added by the doctor can seek on-the-fly consultation with them. Moreover, the application provides remote monitoring of the patient by integrating with the body sensors (separate modules) to capture vital parameters such as ECG, Blood pressure, Pulse rate and Body Temperature and transmit it directly over to the doctor. For any abnormality recorded beyond a threshold value, alerts are sent immediately to the doctor. Sync facility is provided in mSwasthya which pushes the offline clinical data to the mSwasthya server when internet connectivity resumes. mSwasthya provides location based services to help locate and identify the nearby hospitals and clinics. This application can used over WiFi networks or using the the mobile internet connection and can be installed on devices with Android OS 2.3 and above.
