This application enables citizens to share their grievances with relevant departments of Government of Punjab. Citizens can also track the status of their grievances submitted.
Application has dedicated sections for:-
1.General grievances entry & status tracking.
2.Senior citizen grievances.
3.Pension related grievances entry & status tracking
The grievance will be automatically assigned to relevant department stakeholders (Administrative Secretaries of all the departments of Govt of Punjab and Deputy Commissioners). Stakeholders will have to respond in defined timelines and share the action taken details pertaining to the grievance.
Citizens can track the status of their grievance during the complete life-cycle.
